A gasket that seals two engine parts together to prevent leaks.

ALL BALLS offers this engine gasket for POLARIS RANGER 500, RANGER 570, RANGER 570 CREW, RANGER 570 FULL SIZE, SPORTSMAN 450 H.O. 2006-2025. A gasket sits between two assembled parts (case, cover, fitting) and fills the small irregularities so nothing leaks.

Why replace this gasket every time it is removed?

The benefits:

A new gasket guarantees a perfectly sealed joint.
Material designed to withstand heat, oil and coolant.
An inexpensive part that saves doing the job twice.

Why choose ALL BALLS?

Complete All Balls kits: low-friction bearings and steel-spring nitrile seals, everything you need in one box.

When should you replace the gasket on your POLARIS RANGER 500?

Oil seeping around the cover or a leak after reassembly show it needs replacing: a crushed gasket never seals properly again.
