ART Complete Front Shaft Sportsman for POLARIS SPORTSMAN 570, SPORTSMAN 570 6X6 EPS, SPORTSMAN 570 SP, SPORTSMAN 570 X2

ART offers this drive shaft for POLARIS SPORTSMAN 570, SPORTSMAN 570 6X6 EPS, SPORTSMAN 570 SP, SPORTSMAN 570 TRG EPS, SPORTSMAN 570 X2 2013-2021. On a 4x4 quad or a side-by-side, the drive shaft is the shaft that links the differential to the wheel and carries engine power to it.

Why replace the drive shaft?

The benefits:

• Get back a drivetrain free of clicks and vibration, even under load and on full lock.
• A complete shaft is swapped in one go: no need to strip and regrease the joints one by one.
• A part made for your model that fits in place of the original without modification.

When should you replace this part?

Clicking when steering or accelerating, vibration, grease flung onto the rim or a split boot: the joint is wearing, replace the drive shaft before it breaks.

Specifications and fitting tips

• Position: Front
• Manufacturer part number: PAXL-6075

Cross-Mania tip: Grease the splines, check the shaft is clipped into the differential by pulling on it by hand, then tighten the hub nut to the specified torque and lock it (new split pin or staking, depending on the model).
