LA SLEEVE offers this cylinder sleeve for KTM EXC 520, EXC 525 RACING, EXC-G 525 RACING, MXC 520, MXC 525, MXC 525 RACING from 2000 to 2007. The sleeve is the wall the piston moves up and down in. When it is worn or scored, it can be replaced in the original cylinder instead of buying a complete cylinder.

Why re-sleeve a cylinder?

The benefits:

• Save a cylinder that is scored or worn beyond its last oversize.
• Cast iron allows several rebores later: an oversize piston can be fitted at the next rebuilds.
• Often cheaper than a new cylinder.
