VHM Complete Crankshaft for KTM SX 85, HUSQVARNA TC 85 and GAS GAS MC 85 2018-2026

VHM offers this complete crankshaft for KTM SX 85, HUSQVARNA TC 85 and GAS GAS MC 85 2018-2026. The crankshaft is the engine’s main shaft: the rod turns it and it drives the clutch and gearbox.

Why a complete crankshaft?

The benefits:

• Ready to fit, no specialist needed to press in a rod.
• Bottom end renewed in one go.
• Often cheaper than rebuilding a badly worn crank.

When should you replace the crankshaft on your KTM SX 85?

Unusual vibration, a deep knock that follows engine speed or play in the con-rod: the bottom end needs a rebuild.

The manufacturer publishes no hour interval for this model: have the con-rod play checked at every piston change. Cross-Mania guideline: rebuild the bottom end every 2 to 3 top-end rebuilds.
