      WOSSNER offers this connecting rod kit for KTM SX-F 250, XC-F 250, GAS GAS MC 250 F and HUSQVARNA FC 250 from 2023 to 2027. The rod passes the piston’s motion to the crankshaft. Its big-end bearing spins at very high revs and eventually develops play.

      When should you replace the connecting rod?

      Unusual vibration, a deep knock that follows engine speed or play in the con-rod: the bottom end needs a rebuild.

      Recommended hours for a bottom-end rebuild (manufacturer recommendation for the KTM SX-F, Husqvarna FC, GASGAS MC-F since 2023):

      • Racing: every 90 h.
      • Leisure: no KTM figure; have the wear checked at every top-end rebuild.
