KOUBALINK Lowering Kit 31.8 mm - Black for YAMAHA WRF 250, WRF 450, YZ 125, YZF 250, YZF 450 2009-2027

KOUBALINK offers this lowering link for YAMAHA WRF 250, WRF 450, YZ 125, YZF 250, YZF 450 2009-2027. On most off-road bikes, the rear shock is connected to the swingarm through a linkage. A lowering link, with different dimensions from the original part, takes its place: the rear of the bike and the seat come down by the amount stated in millimetres, without touching the shock.

Why lower your bike?

The benefits:

• Put your foot down more easily: more confidence when stopped and in slow sections.
• Height lowered by the stated amount (adjustable on some versions), without modifying the shock.
• Fits in place of the original part, which can be refitted at any time.

When should you replace this part?

Useful if only the tips of your toes reach the ground when stopped: shorter, beginner or young riders.

Specifications and fitting tips

• Improves front-end stability by lowering the rear suspension geometry

Cross-Mania tip: Lower the front as well (tubes raised in the clamps) to keep the bike balanced, and check the side stand.
