An electrical switch that sends information to the bike or quad: switching the radiator fan on at the right temperature, or lighting the neutral indicator.
SPEEDBRAKES offers this switch. The temperature switch is screwed into the radiator or the cooling circuit. When the coolant reaches its switch-on temperature, it closes the electrical circuit and the fan starts turning; it switches it off when the temperature drops.
The benefits:
SpeedBrakes has made braided brake hoses and their fittings, banjo bolts included, at its factory in Pratteln near Basel, Switzerland, since 1995; it also designs and makes Tecnium’s aviation-style brake hoses.
A fan that never starts or runs all the time, or a neutral light that is off or stays on in gear: check the fuse and connections first, then the switch.
Cross-Mania tip: Disconnect the battery before working and protect the connections from moisture.
Universal part: check the dimensions given before ordering.
