VERTEX Top End Gasket Set for HONDA TRX 450 R SPORTRAX KICK START 2WD 2004-2005

VERTEX offers this top-end gasket kit for HONDA TRX 450 R SPORTRAX KICK START 2WD 2004-2005. The top end is the cylinder, piston and cylinder head. When they are taken apart, the gaskets sealing them are crushed and cannot be reused.

Why buy a complete kit?

The benefits:

• Every top-end gasket in one part number: nothing is forgotten at reassembly.
• Cheaper than buying the gaskets one by one.
• New gaskets guarantee compression and sealing against water, oil and gases.

Why choose VERTEX?

Vertex has manufactured in Italy since 1953 and has supplied KTM’s original pistons since 1996 (KTM, Husqvarna, GASGAS), with ISO 9001-certified production.

When should you replace the gaskets on your HONDA TRX 450 R SPORTRAX KICK START 2WD?

An oil or coolant leak, seepage around the cases or a loss of compression signal a tired gasket. Having the kit to hand means the bike is never stuck waiting for one missing gasket.

No manufacturer hour figure for this model. Cross-Mania guideline: compression check every 50 h in hard use and every 100 h for leisure.
