The RACETECH R-KITRMX-OEM-491 plastic kit is designed for SUZUKI RMX 450 from 2010 to 2018. A plastic kit replaces in one go the bodywork parts that get damaged most: fenders, front number plate, radiator shrouds and side panels, depending on how many pieces the kit contains. It is the simplest way to bring a motocross or enduro bike worn down by crashes and hours of riding back to a like-new look.

When to replace it?

Fitting tips

1. Remove the seat and the fuel tank if necessary, then the old plastics, keeping all the hardware: it goes back on the new kit.
2. Clean the frame, the air box and the mounts before test-fitting the new parts.
3. Tighten without forcing: over-tightening cracks the plastic around the bolts. Replace damaged bolts with new plastics hardware.
4. If you are fitting a graphics kit, do it on clean, degreased plastics at room temperature.
