      On KTM SX 85, HUSQVARNA TC 85 and GAS GAS MC 85 from 2018 to 2027, the REKLUSE TorqDrive RMS2813051 clutch plate kit fits in place of the original part. This Rekluse plate pack replaces your clutch plates with plates designed by the brand. It gives you back a clutch that holds the torque, with consistent engagement and a lighter lever.

      When to replace it?

      • Slipping, clutch that judders or smells burnt.
      • Plates below the minimum thickness.
      • Looking for more traction and a lighter lever.

      Replace the plates as soon as they reach the minimum thickness or the clutch slips. Use a JASO MA or MA2 oil.

      Fitting tips

      1. Soak the plates in oil for at least 5 minutes before fitting them.
      2. Never fit the plates in a basket with notched slots.
      3. Follow the assembly order given in the Rekluse instructions.
      4. Close up with a new clutch cover gasket.

      Rekluse, an American brand from Idaho, made its name with the automatic clutch for off-road riding. It also develops steel-core TorqDrive plates, manual clutches, billet aluminium clutch parts and hydraulic slave cylinders.
