      The REKLUSE Core Manual TorqDrive RMS7113086 manual clutch is designed for KTM EXC 250, EXC 300, SX 250, HUSQVARNA TC 250, TE 250, TE 300 and HUSABERG TE 250, TE 300 from 2013 to 2016. This Rekluse manual clutch replaces the stock clutch parts with parts designed by the brand. It still works like a conventional lever-operated clutch, but with more consistent engagement and parts built to withstand heat and wear.

      Good to know

      Check plate wear at every clutch service and use a JASO MA or MA2 oil, never a JASO MB oil or a car oil.

      Fitting tips

      1. Soak the plates in oil for at least 5 minutes before fitting them.
      2. Follow the assembly order and torque settings given in the Rekluse instructions.
      3. Fit a new clutch cover gasket, unless a cover is supplied with its own gasket.
      4. Set the free play at the lever and check that the clutch disengages properly with the engine warm.
