Good to know
Check plate wear at every clutch service and use a JASO MA or MA2 oil, never a JASO MB oil or a car oil.
Fitting tips
- Soak the plates in oil for at least 5 minutes before fitting them.
- Follow the assembly order and torque settings given in the Rekluse instructions.
- Fit a new clutch cover gasket, unless a cover is supplied with its own gasket.
- Set the free play at the lever and check that the clutch disengages properly with the engine warm.
