MIKUNI offers this 24mm carburetor, called the TM, for motocross, enduro, trial, mopeds, and other 2-stroke vehicles. This carburetor is manufactured in Japan. The finish is truly perfect in every way. The carburetor itself is very well-engineered to deliver maximum performance. It’s very compact and fairly lightweight since it’s made of aluminum, which will put less strain on your intake pipe over time. Unlike carburetors from other brands on the market, this one can be completely disassembled. The advantage of choosing the MIKUNI carburetor is that it offers excellent performance—if not among the best on the market—but in our opinion, it is a bit complicated to tune properly. We therefore recommend this type of carburetor for experienced mechanics who will be able to get the most power out of it.
