TECNIUM Clutch Spring Kit Box of 5 for KAWASAKI KFX 450, KLX 450, KX 450, KXF 450 2006-2020

TECNIUM offers these clutch springs for KAWASAKI KFX 450, KLX 450, KX 450, KXF 450 2006-2020. The springs push on the pressure plate to clamp the plates together. With heat they lose strength and the clutch starts to slip.

Why replace the clutch springs?

• Stop slipping, especially under acceleration.
• Get a positive clutch back.
• Heavy-duty springs exist for tuned engines (slightly heavier lever).

When should you replace the clutch springs on your KAWASAKI KXF 450?

Measure the friction plate thickness and the spring free length: below the manufacturer's minimum they must be replaced. Blued or warped steel plates are replaced too.
