PROX Clutch Springs Kit for SUZUKI DR-Z 400 S, DRZ 400, LTZ 400, KAWASAKI KFX 400 and POLARIS OUTLAW 500, PREDATOR 500 2000-2018

PROX offers these clutch springs for SUZUKI DR-Z 400 S, DR-Z 400 SM, DRZ 400, LTZ 400, KAWASAKI KFX 400 and POLARIS OUTLAW 500, PREDATOR 500 2000-2018. The springs push on the pressure plate to clamp the plates together. With heat they lose strength and the clutch starts to slip.

Why replace the clutch springs?

The benefits:

• Stop slipping, especially under acceleration.
• Get a positive clutch back.
• Heavy-duty springs exist for tuned engines (slightly heavier lever).

Why choose PROX?

ProX, the Dutch engine-parts specialist since 1975, has its parts made in factories that also supply the manufacturers: OEM quality at a more affordable price.

When should you replace the clutch springs?

Measure the friction plate thickness and the spring free length: below the manufacturer's minimum they must be replaced. Blued or warped steel plates are replaced too.
