BARNETT Clutch Spring Kit for KAWASAKI KX 125, KX 250, KXF 250 and SUZUKI RMZ 250 2003-2020

BARNETT offers these clutch springs for KAWASAKI KX 125, KX 250, KXF 250 and SUZUKI RMZ 250 2003-2020. The springs push on the pressure plate to clamp the plates together. With heat they lose strength and the clutch starts to slip.

When should you replace the clutch springs?

Measure the friction plate thickness and the spring free length: below the manufacturer's minimum they must be replaced. Blued or warped steel plates are replaced too.
