TOURMAX Clutch Spring Kit for GAS GAS EC 200, EC 250, EC 300 1999-2020

TOURMAX offers these clutch springs for GAS GAS EC 200, EC 250, EC 300 1999-2020. The springs push on the pressure plate to clamp the plates together. With heat they lose strength and the clutch starts to slip.

When should you replace the clutch springs on your GAS GAS EC 200?

Measure the friction plate thickness and the spring free length: below the manufacturer's minimum they must be replaced. Blued or warped steel plates are replaced too.

Cross-Mania tip: Soak the friction plates in gearbox oil before fitting, check the basket for notches and replace the springs at the same time.
