INNTECK Clutch Friction Plate Kit for SUZUKI RM 80, RM 85 1991-2027

INNTECK offers this clutch friction plate kit for SUZUKI RM 80, RM 85 1991-2027. Friction plates alternate with the steel plates. Their lining wears at every start and gear change; once too thin, it no longer grips and the clutch slips.

Why replace the friction plates?

The benefits:

• Stop the clutch slipping.
• Get back a progressive, easy-to-modulate clutch.
• An economical clutch refresh.

Why choose INNTECK?

Innteck, the Italian motorcycle-parts distributor founded in 2004 in Piedmont and part of the Athena group since 2023, develops off-road wear parts under its own brand with a carefully judged price-quality ratio.

When should you replace the clutch plates on your SUZUKI RM 85?

Measure the friction plate thickness and the spring free length: below the manufacturer's minimum they must be replaced. Blued or warped steel plates are replaced too.
