PROX Complete Clutch Plate Kit for HONDA CR 85 2005-2007

On HONDA CR 85 from 2005 to 2007, the PROX 16.CPS11005 complete clutch plate kit fits in place of the original part. A clutch that slips or drags is fixed by replacing the whole plate pack. This complete kit saves you from mixing worn plates with new ones.

When to replace it?

Fitting tips

1. Soak the friction plates in gearbox oil before fitting them.
2. Check the basket and the inner hub: deep notches stop the clutch from working properly.
3. Reassemble in the original order and tighten the spring bolts in a criss-cross pattern to the manufacturer's torque.
4. Close up with a new clutch cover gasket.
