      WISECO offers this clutch friction plate kit for KTM EXC 450, EXC 525, SX 450, SX 525 and POLARIS OUTLAW 450, OUTLAW 525 2004-2011. Friction plates alternate with the steel plates. Their lining wears at every start and gear change; once too thin, it no longer grips and the clutch slips.

      When should you replace the clutch plates on your POLARIS OUTLAW 525?

      Measure the friction plate thickness and the spring free length: below the manufacturer's minimum they must be replaced. Blued or warped steel plates are replaced too.
