REKLUSE Clutch Basket for HONDA CR 250, CRF 450 1992-2016

The REKLUSE RMS4113C clutch basket is designed for HONDA CR 250, CRF 450 from 1992 to 2016. The clutch basket is driven by the crankshaft and carries the friction plates by their tabs. Over the hours, those tabs wear notches into the basket slots: the plates snag, the clutch judders and the lever feel becomes inconsistent.

When to replace it?

• Notches worn into the basket slots.

Check the basket every time you change the plates; replace it as soon as the slots are notched.

Fitting tips

1. Check the basket bushing or needle bearing and the primary drive gear.
2. Keep the original washer order.
3. Hold the inner hub with a suitable tool and tighten the nut to the manufacturer's torque, with its lock washer.
4. Fit friction plates in good condition and a new clutch cover gasket.
