RACETECH OE style Swingarm Chain Slider - Red for HONDA CRF 250, CRF 450 2013-2017

On HONDA CRF 250, CRF 450 from 2013 to 2017, the RACETECH R-SLICRFRS013 swingarm chain slider fits in place of the original part. Mounted on the swingarm near the front sprocket, this synthetic slider takes the rubbing of the chain when the suspension compresses.

When to replace it?

• Slider grooved or cracked, chain reaching the screws or the swingarm.
• Chain rubbing noise under compression.

Check it every time you service the chain and replace it before the chain reaches the swingarm: a gouged swingarm costs far more than a slider.

Fitting tips

1. Slacken the chain and, depending on the model, remove the rear wheel or the swingarm to get at the fasteners.
2. Remove the old slider and clean the swingarm.
3. Fit the new slider with its screws or rivets, without crushing the plastic.
4. Re-tension the chain and lube it.
