RACETECH OE style Swingarm Chain Slider for HONDA CRF 250, CRF 450 2009-2013

The RACETECH swingarm chain slider is designed for HONDA CRF 250, CRF 450 from 2009 to 2013. The swingarm chain slider protects the swingarm from the chain where it runs close to the pivot. Without it, the chain cuts into the swingarm within a few hours.

Choosing the colour

The colour makes no difference to how it works: pick it to match your bike's graphics.

When to replace it?

• Slider grooved or cracked, chain reaching the screws or the swingarm.
• Chain rubbing noise under compression.

Check it every time you service the chain and replace it before the chain reaches the swingarm: a gouged swingarm costs far more than a slider.

Fitting tips

1. Slacken the chain and, depending on the model, remove the rear wheel or the swingarm to get at the fasteners.
2. Remove the old slider and clean the swingarm.
3. Fit the new slider with its screws or rivets, without crushing the plastic.
4. Re-tension the chain and lube it.
