AFAM 520XRR3 13/48 Reinforced Chain Kit - Ultra-Light Mud-Resistant Sprocket for the 2012 SHERCO SE I-R RACING 3

AFAM offers a 520-pitch chain kit for the SHERCO SE I-R RACING 300cc, consisting of a reinforced XRR3 chain with X-Ring joints, a 13-tooth steel sprocket, and a 48-tooth Ultra-Light aluminum rear sprocket with a mud-resistant design. The XRR3 chain is designed for high-stress drivetrains and withstands repeated acceleration as well as the load variations encountered in off-road riding. Its X-Ring seals help maintain lubrication at the joints and reduce internal friction, thereby promoting more even chain wear. The aluminum sprocket reduces rotating mass compared to a conventional steel sprocket, while its mud-resistant design facilitates the removal of deposits that can accumulate around the drivetrain on wet or muddy terrain. The 13/48 configuration offers a balance between acceleration and gear range based on the motorcycle’s original gear ratio. The steel sprocket ensures precise engagement with the chain and effectively withstands the mechanical stresses transmitted by the engine. This assembly thus provides a complete solution for replacing a heavily used drivetrain while combining durability, lightness, and efficiency in the field.
