EK/PBR Chain kit 520 SRX2 - 13/50-116 - Steel Standard Rear Sprocket for KTM EXC 125, HUSQVARNA FE 501 and GAS GAS EC 300

EK CHAIN offers this chain and sprocket kit for KTM EXC 125, EXC 250, EXC 300, EXCF 250, XCW 125, HUSQVARNA FE 501, TE 125, TE 150, TE 250, TE 300 and GAS GAS EC 125, EC 250, EC 300 1999-2025. The front sprocket, on the gearbox output, drives the chain, which turns the rear sprocket bolted to the rear wheel.

Why replace the whole kit?

The benefits:

• A worn chain damages the teeth and worn teeth damage the chain: replacing all three parts together avoids ruining a new part within a few rides.
• Pitch, tooth counts and chain length are already matched: one order for the whole final drive.
• You can adapt the gearing: more teeth on the rear sprocket (or fewer on the front) gives more acceleration but less top speed; fewer teeth on the rear does the opposite.

When should you replace this part?

Hooked or pointed teeth, a chain that lifts off the back of the rear sprocket when pulled, tight spots or slack that needs adjusting every ride: the kit is worn out.
