AFAM 520MR2 13/48 Standard Chain Kit - Hard-Anodized Ultra-Light Sprocket for 1984 KTM GS LC 125

AFAM offers a 520-pitch chain kit for the KTM 125 GS LC 125cc, consisting of a standard MR2 chain without seals, a 13-tooth steel sprocket, and a 48-tooth Ultra-Light aluminum rear sprocket with hard anodization. The chain features chrome-plated pins and forged rollers that contribute to its durability and ensure smooth power transmission under repeated stress. The aluminum sprocket reduces rotating mass compared to a steel sprocket, while its hard-anodized finish enhances its resistance to friction and wear. The 13/48 configuration offers an optimal balance between power delivery and chain stretch based on the motorcycle’s original gear ratio. The steel sprocket ensures precise engagement with the chain and effectively withstands the forces transmitted by the engine. This assembly thus provides a complete solution for upgrading the drivetrain while achieving a good balance between lightness, durability, and handling performance.
