When to replace it?

• Pad grooved, cracked or worn thin.
• Chain touching the body of the guide.

Replace it as soon as it's worn down by more than half its thickness, or if it's cracked.

Fitting tips

1. Remove the chain guide from the bike.
2. Take out the old pad and clean its seat.
3. Insert the new pad, refit the guide and check that the chain runs freely.
