ALL BALLS offers this carburettor pump repair kit for SUZUKI DR-Z 400 S, DRZ 250, LT-F 250 OZARK 2WD, LTZ 250 and YAMAHA YFM 250 RAPTOR 2WD, YFM 400 KODIAK 4WD, YFM 660 GRIZZLY 4WD, YXR 660 RHINO 4WD 2000-2014. Some carburettors have a small diaphragm pump that corrects the mixture at tricky moments.

When should you replace this part?

A flat spot when you open the throttle, an engine that stalls when the throttle is snapped open, backfiring on deceleration or fuel leaking from the pump cover: the diaphragm needs replacing.

Cross-Mania tip: Note which way round the diaphragm and spring go before dismantling, clean the pump passage with carb cleaner and tighten the cover screws in a cross pattern without pinching the diaphragm.
