ALL BALLS offers this carburettor pump repair kit for HONDA TRX 300 EX SPORTRAX 2WD, TRX 400 EX SPORTRAX 2WD 1993-2008. Some carburettors have a small diaphragm pump that corrects the mixture at tricky moments.

A flat spot when you open the throttle, an engine that stalls when the throttle is snapped open, backfiring on deceleration or fuel leaking from the pump cover: the diaphragm needs replacing.

Cross-Mania tip: Note which way round the diaphragm and spring go before dismantling, clean the pump passage with carb cleaner and tighten the cover screws in a cross pattern without pinching the diaphragm.
