MOTO-MASTER Oversize Disc Caliper Relocation Bracket Ø260 mm for HONDA CR 85, CRF 150 2003-2026

The MOTO-MASTER Ø260 mm 211040 caliper relocation bracket is designed for HONDA CR 85, CRF 150 from 2003 to 2026. This bracket moves the caliper outwards so that it can grip a larger-diameter disc (oversize disc). It's what lets you fit a bigger disc while keeping the stock caliper.

Good to know

The disc diameter stated must exactly match that of the disc fitted. Also check the wheel axle diameter where it's specified.

Fitting tips

1. Remove the caliper without opening the hydraulic system and tie it up so it doesn't hang on the brake line.
2. Mount the bracket on the fork or the swingarm to the manufacturer's torque, with medium-strength threadlocker.
3. Fit the caliper on the bracket and check that the disc sits centred between the pads.
4. Pump the lever or pedal and check the brakes with the bike stationary before riding.
