TECNIUM offers these brake shoes for HONDA CR 125, CR 250, CR 480, CR 500, XR 350 1983-1985. A drum brake is made up of a hollow cylinder, the drum, which turns with the wheel, and two shoes mounted inside it on the brake backing plate.
Why fit new brake shoes?
The benefits:
- Get back strong, progressive braking, with a lever or pedal that no longer travels all the way to the stop.
- Organic lining: effective from the first few metres, even when cold, and gentle on the drum.
- Replacing the shoes in time stops their metal backing from scoring the drum, a much more expensive part.
