CL BRAKES offers these brake pads for POLARIS SCRAMBLER 400, SCRAMBLER 500, SPORTSMAN 500, TRAIL BOSS 250, XPLORER 300 1991-2014. Each pad is a metal backing plate covered with a lining that rubs on the disc. That lining wears a little every time you brake, and much faster in mud and sand.

Why replace your pads in time?

When should you replace the brake pads on your POLARIS SPORTSMAN 500?

Replace them when the friction material is down to about 1-2 mm or at the first metallic noise: beyond that the disc gets damaged.
