BREMBO offers these brake pads for HONDA CX 500, CX 500 CUSTOM, XL 600, XL 600 LM PARIS DAKAR, XLV 750 1981-1990. Each pad is a metal backing plate covered with a lining that rubs on the disc. That lining wears a little every time you brake, and much faster in mud and sand.
