The MOTO-MASTER Ø270 mm flottant avant 310027 oversize brake kit is designed for YAMAHA WRF 250, WRF 426, WRF 450, YZ 125, YZ 250, YZF 250, YZF 426, YZF 450 from 2001 to 2019. An oversize kit replaces the stock disc with a larger-diameter disc, along with a bracket that relocates the caliper. You get more leverage: the brakes gain power and modulation, with less effort at the lever.

Good to know

The kit goes on in place of the stock disc, with the caliper bracket supplied. Check that the oversize disc clears your bike's wheel and fork (the compatibility list below tells you).

Fitting tips

1. Remove the wheel, the stock disc and the caliper, without opening the hydraulic system.
2. Fit the oversize disc on the hub, bolts tightened in a criss-cross pattern to torque, with medium-strength threadlocker.
3. Mount the caliper bracket on the fork leg, then the caliper on the bracket, to the manufacturer's torque.
4. Check that the disc is centred in the caliper and that the wheel spins freely, and fit new pads if the kit doesn't include any.
5. Bed the brakes in gradually before riding hard.

Why MOTO-MASTER?
