The disc that the pads grip to slow down and stop the wheel.

NG offers this brake disc for KTM SX 125, SX 150, SX 250, SXF 250, SXF 450, HUSQVARNA FE 250, FE 450, FE 501, TC 250, TE 250 and GAS GAS EX 250, EX 300, EXF 350, EXF 450 1994-2027. The disc is bolted to the wheel and turns with it. When you brake, the caliper squeezes the pads against the disc: the friction turns speed into heat and the wheel slows down.

Why replace your brake disc?

The benefits:

Get back strong, steady braking, with no vibration in the lever or pedal.
New pads last longer on a disc that is flat and the right thickness.
Diameter and bolt holes made for your bike: it fits in place of the original disc.

When should you replace the brake disc?

Measure the thickness with a micrometer: below the minimum stamped on the disc, or if it is warped or cracked, it must be replaced.
