NG offers this brake disc for HONDA CR 125, CR 250, CR 500, CRF 250 M 1989-2016. The disc is bolted to the wheel and turns with it. When you brake, the caliper squeezes the pads against the disc: the friction turns speed into heat and the wheel slows down.
