NG offers this brake disc for BETA EIKON 125, EIKON 50, QUADRA 50, RIEJU MRT 50 SM PRO and TGB BLADE 425 SE 4X4 1995-2013. The disc is bolted to the wheel and turns with it. When you brake, the caliper squeezes the pads against the disc: the friction turns speed into heat and the wheel slows down.

Why replace your brake disc?

• Get back strong, steady braking, with no vibration in the lever or pedal.
• New pads last longer on a disc that is flat and the right thickness.
• Diameter and bolt holes made for your bike: it fits in place of the original disc.

When should you replace the brake disc?

Measure the thickness with a micrometer: below the minimum stamped on the disc, or if it is warped or cracked, it must be replaced.

Cross-Mania tip: Fit new pads with a new disc, degrease the braking surfaces and tighten the bolts with threadlocker to the specified torque. Bed the brakes in gradually.
