ALL BALLS offers this brake caliper rebuild kit for YAMAHA TT 230, KAWASAKI KLR 650 and HONDA TRX 250 R FOURTRAX 2WD 1986-2018. The caliper is the clamp that squeezes the pads onto the disc. Inside, one or more pistons are pushed out by the brake fluid when you pull the lever or press the pedal.

Cross-Mania tip: Clean the seal grooves without scratching them (plastic or wooden tool), coat seals and pistons with fresh brake fluid, grease the slide pins with a brake-compatible grease, then bleed the system.
