ALL BALLS offers this brake caliper rebuild kit for KTM EXC 125, EXC 200, EXC 250, EXC 300, EXC 400 2001-2006. The caliper is the clamp that squeezes the pads onto the disc. Inside, one or more pistons are pushed out by the brake fluid when you pull the lever or press the pedal.

Cross-Mania tip: Clean the seal grooves without scratching them (plastic or wooden tool), coat seals and pistons with fresh brake fluid, grease the slide pins with a brake-compatible grease, then bleed the system.
