INNTECK offers this clutch steel plate kit for BETA RR 400, 450, 525, KTM EXC, SX, SXF 450, 520, 525 and POLARIS OUTLAW 450, 525 2002-2011. The clutch is a stack of plates: friction plates and plain steel plates. When you release the lever, the springs squeeze them together and the engine drives the gearbox.

When should you replace the clutch plates on your POLARIS OUTLAW 525?

Measure the friction plate thickness and the spring free length: below the manufacturer's minimum they must be replaced. Blued or warped steel plates are replaced too.
