The ball joint is the pivot linking the quad’s A-arm to the wheel: it lets the wheel steer and follow the ground.

ALL BALLS offers this ball joint kit for POLARIS GENERAL 1000 EPS DELUXE, GENERAL 1000 EPS PREMIUM, GENERAL 1000 EPS SPORT, GENERAL 4 1000 EPS, RZR 900 TRAIL S SPORT 2016-2025. The ball joint is the ball-and-socket pivot linking the quad’s A-arm to the hub carrier, the part that holds the wheel.

Why replace a ball joint?

The benefits:

Get precise steering back, without play or clunks.
Replace only the worn ball joint, without changing the whole A-arm.
Protect the front tyres from uneven wear.

Why choose ALL BALLS?

Complete All Balls kits: low-friction bearings and steel-spring nitrile seals, everything you need in one box.

When should you replace this part?

Play when rocking the wheel top to bottom, a clunk over bumps, a split ball joint boot or uneven front tyre wear: replace the ball joint.

Specifications and fitting tips

Manufacturer part number: 51-1060-L

Cross-Mania tip: Fit the ball joint square in its housing (pressed in or bolted on depending on the model), tighten the nut to the specified torque with a new split pin and have the toe checked.
