Simply because this air filter has a proven track record. It's designed to provide some of the best filtration possible, even for enduro use. First, TWIN AIR chose the best materials. Then they studied the shape and thickness of the foams for the best possible filtration. The first white layer is an aerated foam to block dust, sand and impurities. Then, the orange layer is there to stop fine particles while providing excellent airflow. We've also focused on the glue so that it can be washed as much as possible, even with solvent or petrol. TWIN AIR air filters have the same original features, except that their size is effectively smaller to maximize air volume in the box.
