BIHR capacitor for fuel-injected KAWASAKI KX 250 F and KX 450 F.
On KX-F models that run without a battery, the capacitor powers the fuel pump and injector as you kick the bike over: it stores current from the alternator and releases it so the injection works from the first engine revolutions, then keeps the voltage steady while riding.
If your KX-F only starts after many kicks, or stalls as soon as the revs drop even though the plug and air filter are fine, the capacitor is a logical and inexpensive suspect. The BIHR part plugs in place of the original.
Capacitors for other brands: KTM, SUZUKI, YAMAHA and HONDA.
