We will only offer you quality engine gaskets to guarantee you a maximum sealing and therefore a longer reliability. We strongly advise you to oil your seals before assembly. This will prevent the gasket from sticking the next time you disassemble it, but above all, it will prevent you from having to re-grease the crankcase in order to install your new gasket. We strongly advise against installing your seals with sealant to avoid any sealing problems. If you need your gasket to stay in place, we advise you to mount it with grease in a tube for example. This will keep the seal on the housing while you fit the 2 housings together for example. And the advantage of the tube grease is that it will go away as soon as the engine heats up for the first time without creating any problems. Be careful to change your seals each time you reassemble the parts.
