      HINSON offers these clutch springs for YAMAHA YZ 125 and FANTIC XE 125, XX 125 1993-2027. The springs push on the pressure plate to clamp the plates together. With heat they lose strength and the clutch starts to slip.

      When should you replace the clutch springs?

      Measure the friction plate thickness and the spring free length: below the manufacturer's minimum they must be replaced. Blued or warped steel plates are replaced too.
