How to know if you need to change your clutch ? The easiest way is to put the clutch in 3rd or 4th gear at low rpm and accelerate fully. If you feel that the motorcycle goes up in rpm but does not go faster then the clutch should be changed. Often it's only the discs that don't grip anymore. But if when you disassemble your clutch you see that the smooth discs are warped, heated, ... Then we strongly advise you to take a complete clutch kit with the smooth discs.
